Return & Refund Policy

We will always try our best to meet the demands of all the customers. We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the unused item in its original condition as long as you contact us within 30 days from the delivery date (From the date you received the product to the date the problem was reported to us first).

If valid days have gone by since you received the item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Canceling Orders

If you want to cancel the order, please contact us in time within 24 hours after your purchase. If your payment is finished and the parcel is not shipped out, You can cancel your order before the delivery of your item. And we will refund full of your money. We can’t be canceled once the parcel is shipped out or we have already begun to custom the products.

RETURN & EXCHANGE CONDITIONS:

  • We only free replace items if they are defective or damaged.
  • Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
  • Items must be returned within 30 days after you receive them.
  • All items must be returned in the original packaging, returned items must
  • be unused.

Full Coverage Return & Exchange Policy:
If the return is due to our problems (such as: incorrect products, quality problems of products), we will provide a full refund for you.We cover all shipping and return costs;

Limited Coverage Return & Exchange Policy:
If the return is due to the buyer’s problem (such as: don’t like/want the item, ordered the wrong product/size), the buyer should pay the freight.

GENERAL RETURN/EXCHANGE PROCESS
Initiate a return/exchange:
 when you return/exchange the goods, please Email us at [email protected] . If the product has quality problems, please attach a photo proving that the received product has quality problems. The product in the photo is best laid flat so that we can check the product label and product issues. Our customer service staff will determine the eligibility for your return request.

Ship the item back: once your request is approved, an email with the return address and instructions will be sent to you. We recommend that you send your return/exchange in a shipping method providing tracking information as well as a signature because we will not be responsible for lost return/exchange.

Refund or exchange: when we receive your return/exchange, we will inspect the item in 1-3 working days and then provide a replacement for an exchange or issue a refund.

REFUNDS:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, the refund will be provided to the original method of payment within 3-5 working days.
If you haven’t received the refund within 3~5 working days, please check your bank account again. Then contact your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before a refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@handmadeteapot.com.

Please Note:
The shipping rate before the discount will apply and is non-refundable. Although you may have enjoyed free or undervalued shipping, we do incur the original cost of shipping for every order. Therefore, we do not refund our original shipping cost.

The specific cost is subject to the courier company you choose. Customers who choose free shipping on their orders will have a $5.99 shipping fee deducted from their refund.

Customs Duties & Clearance

Your destination country/region may require value-added tax (VAT), other taxes, duties, and/or customs fees. These additional taxes or customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer.

We do not accept returns caused by the recipient’s failure to pay customs fees or taxes.
